Selain rasanya enak, coklat ternyata berkhasiat membuat umur seseorang menjadi lebih panjang dan bermanfaat bagi kesehatan.

1. Menurut penelitian yang pernah dilakukan di Sandiego School of Medicine, California University, tingkat stres bisa diminimalisir, bahkan dihilangkan dengan cokelat. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena cokelat mengandung molekul psikoaktif yang dapat membuat pemakan cokelat merasa nyaman.
